3500 Main Street is a 20,000 sf medical office building located at the corner of Wason Avenue and Main Street in Springfield's North End.

The building was the conversion of a former two-story industrial building to 20,000 square feet of first-class medical office space. This property is currently fully leased. Tenants include the American Red Cross, Vascular Services of Western New England and The MRI Center.
